Grief Support for Young Adults (ages 18-30)

Tuesdays, 4/7/2026 - 5/12/2026, In Person and 9/22/2026 - 10/20/2026, In Person

Facilitator: Gwendolyn Kilfoyle LMFT #161890

Join this welcoming space to share and reflect upon the loss of an important person/people in your life. This group is for young adults (ages 18-30 years old) and will meet weekly for six weeks in person. During our time together, we will focus on creating a safe space for sharing vulnerably (to your comfort level), as well as drawing upon supportive resources and practices for developing healthy coping skills. Come experience the benefits of connecting with other young adults who are also navigating their own grief process.
