This is an in-person group for those in the later stages of life who are experiencing the profound and life-changing experience of the loss of a spouse or partner. This is a peer-support group designed to cultivate connection and friendship through the witnessing and sharing of each other's experience. Each session is limited to 8 participants, and pre-screening is required to participate in the group.

Wednesday Afternoons, 2/18/2026 - 3/25/2026, In Person

This somatic-based grief group is designed for adults (ages 25-50) who have lost a spouse or partner. Using mindfulness practices, breathwork, expressive writing, and reflective discussions, participants will explore grief as a lived experience—moving beyond words to process emotions and cultivate a sense of self and connection after loss. Each session builds on the previous one, helping participants navigate grief with greater presence, resilience, and embodied healing.
