Volunteer Services

Patient Care Volunteers improve quality of life by increasing social support and reducing isolation for patients and caregivers. Volunteers offer respite to caregivers, provide patients and caregivers with thoughtful companionship, help with household chores and errands, and assistance with transportation to and from medical appointments.

Volunteer Services:

  • Trained patient care volunteers provide social, emotional and practical support. Their activities
    may include: companionship, respite care, transportation, household help, errands, and shopping.
